Our Training Philosophy

Your training should reflect and support
the demands and movement patterns
of your sport or activity.

Brian Lebo, CSCS,*D, RSCC,*D
Strength Coach
Founder, Owner, Director

I founded Athletic Performance Training Center in 2008 because I have a passion for working with athletes. Unfortunately, most athletes lack the expertise to develop an effective Strength & Conditioning plan, on their own, and I believe no athlete should have to experience the frustration of training that is less than competent, qualified, and productive.

At Athletic Performance Training Center, we provide motivated athletes with a simple, customized training plan to help them improve performance and reduce injury risk.

I became a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with Distinction (CSCS,*D) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach, with Distinction (RSCC,*D), because every athlete, team, school, program, and organization deserves the opportunity to work with a competent, qualified Strength Coach.

I share my experience and expertise by offering comprehensive, customized, evidence-based training plans for each of our athletes and active individuals. I also speak with groups - teams, schools, and organizations - to improve awareness and education in the areas of Strength & Conditioning and Injury Risk Reduction.

Strength Coach

I joined Athletic Performance Training Center to help athletes and active individuals look, move, and feel better than they ever have before. Too many athletes never reach their performance potential and too many people, in general, live every day with joint and muscle pain. I believe these issues can be remedied with a comprehensive and customized training plan.

To put myself in the best position to do this, I became a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). I believe every individual, athlete or otherwise, deserves access to a highly qualified Strength and Conditioning professional.

With my knowledge and expertise, I provide our customers at Athletic Performance Training Center with individualized programming that optimizes movement, improves strength and power, and reduces the likelihood of injury. My hope is that every individual we train feels better when they walk out of the APTC doors than when they walked in!
